They arrived on time, on the scheduled date and not only trimmed the trees to perfection, but they removed all of the debris. Fernando is the best! I needed to trim a very large ficus tree on a rental property that I own. It was dropping leaves like mad on my roof and causing all sorts of problems. I contracted with another company that scheduled and then never bothered to show up three times. Now, on the surface, what's the big deal? Well, my tenants needed to move their cars and the church property next door needed to open their gate so the tree could be trimmed properly from all angles. Three times my tenants and the church were inconvenienced! Everyone was super pissed at me, but Fernando saved the day. He returned my call within 24 hours, arrived at the property to give me an estimate nearly immediately after we spoke and followed through with exactly what he said he was going to do, exactly when he said he was going to do it. On top of that, he is extremely friendly and just about the happiest person I have encountered in a long time. He loves his work and it shows!
